Technical Specifications of a Second Hand Amusement Ride

The owner of the ride, or his delegate, must fill in this technical sheet to the best of his ability, recovering, where necessary, information from previous owners. The information will be used by the buyer to better evaluate the commercial value of the ride.

We recommend that you collect all the images, documents and receipts that prove the activities carried out so that they can be shown to the possible buyer. All these documents must be delivered to the buyer in original and we recommend that you keep a copy.

The person indicated must be the owner, or a person delegated by the owner.
Dimensions of the base and height in meters.
Indicate the power (KW) required for operation, or indicate the consumption in amperes (A).
For each vehicle, indicate the dimensions in transport condition in meters (length, width and height), the weight and the number of axles, also of the control cabin (if mobile). If the ride is to be loaded in containers, indicate the number and type. Indicate which vehicles, or containers, are included in the carousel price.
Such as lighting, operator's cabin, generator, music system and more.
List and date of the activities carried out on the carousel by the seller and the previous owners. By "modification" is meant any deviation from the original project made, for example but not limited to, any modification of the passenger vehicles, drive system, steel reinforcements to the structure, repair of welds, safety-related components and safety systems and control. For information refer to the European standard EN-13814 latest edition.
List and date of the activities carried out on the ride by the seller and the previous owners. For example: replacement of the electronic converter, or of the inverter, PLC, switches, sensors of any type, position readers such as encoders, split rings and electric brushes, replacement of plugs and electric cables, updating of the electrical system to the latest reference standards.
List and date of the activities performed at the ride by the seller and the owners previous. For example: replacement or repair of hydraulic cylinders, oil, valves of any type, sensors or overpressure valves, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors, pipes.
List and date of the activities carried out on the ride by the seller and the previous owners. For example: replacement or repair of pneumatic cylinders, valves of any type, sensors or overpressure valves, compressors, pressure reducers, lubricators, pipes.
List and date of the activities carried out on the ride by the seller and the previous owners. For example: replacement or repair of electric motors, gearboxes, pinions, toothed and non-toothed bearings (slewing bearings and bearings), oil replacement, secondary systems necessary for assembly or necessary for the evacuation of passengers.
List and date of the activities carried out on the ride by the seller and the previous owners. Replacement or repair of any component installed on or connected to the passenger vehicle, none excluded.
List and date of any other activities performed at the carousel by the seller and the previous owners not indicated in the other chapters.
Indicate which of these maintenance or modification activities were carried out by the manufacturer, or by a company delegated by the manufacturer.
Date, body or person who issued the first ride approval in your country, if possible previous ones too. If the first approval was made a TUV certification, indicate the year and if it was made for use in Germany or for use in another country.
Date, organization or person who has carried out the periodic ride approvals in your country, if possible also previous ones. If the periodic approvals were made by the TUV, indicate the full name of the TUV and in which country it was performed.
Date, body or person who has performed the non-destructive testing (NDT) in the past three years.
